Fleeting Beauty - Wordless Wednesdays

Just a few words to tell you that our magnificent magnolia got frost burnt and has lost all it's blooms. All that remains is a mushy brown mess of petals hanging from the branches. So sad. Also gone is the flowering quince.

Love magnolias and the only time I see them is when I am here in Victoria. I hope they come out before we leave.

Beautiful photos! Sad about your magnolia though! I saw magnolia blooms in Knoxville once and they were magnificent! I didn't know they few in Canada.

The first picture reminded me of a dogwood --a little.

I wanted to ask everyone to do a link on facebook about the Linky Follower Party so we can get more people learning about the party. It just means more followers for all of us.
